SERENZA (with Case Study)

For Serenza, a customised candle app, I designed an engaging UX/UI experience that beautifully aligns with the brand’s identity. The app features a striking colour palette of vibrant orange, soothing pastel pink, and rich deep blue, creating a visually appealing and cohesive interface. Each element, from the intuitive navigation to the fancy, elegant typography, has been crafted to enhance user satisfaction and reflect the artisanal quality of our locally fabricated, hemp-based candles.

 

Central to the design process was an emphasis on harmony and balance, ensuring that every user interaction feels natural and enjoyable. The graphics and illustrations are tailored to complement the overall aesthetic, reinforcing the brand's unique story and commitment to sustainability.

 

Through extensive user testing, I optimised every facet of the app to ensure it resonates perfectly with our target audience. Feedback was integral to refining the experience, allowing me to make informed adjustments that enhance both functionality and visual appeal. The result is a seamless, aesthetically pleasing experience that captures the essence of Serenza, inviting users to explore and customise their own beautifully crafted candles with ease and delight.

I designed screens based on a well-defined user story, ensuring that every aspect of the app addresses the central HMW-question. To maintain consistency and coherence throughout the app, I created a comprehensive design system that guided the use of colours, typography, and graphic elements, resulting in a seamless and user-friendly experience.
